Newly composed, this version of the famous lyrics by Joseph Mohr is for SSA choir with piano accompaniment. Beginning in unison the choir divides further as each new verse begins with the alto line retaining the main melody. There are lush harmonies and some subtle harmonic tweaks, adding interest and variety to the music.
